  • Daily updates of store lists
  • Weekly follow-up on the upcoming demos for the following week, with updated store lists and demo planner
  • The day of the demo, information on the various issues that occured during the execution and finding an immediate solution
  • Visit stores and take pictures
  • The week after the demo, preparing an update about the different issues that have occurred during the week-end
  • As soon as the first results are available, prepare a Top Line results report
  • At the end of the program, compiling and analyzing the results.
  • Production of final report with recommendations for future demo programs
